Product purchase terms

8PM Five-Form Magnesium Complex is a dietary supplement. Each bottle contains 30 capsules. Suggested use is one capsule once daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Pricing

• Quarterly subscription: $87 every 3 months (3 bottles per delivery), free US shipping.
• Monthly subscription: $35 every month (1 bottle per delivery), free US shipping.
• One-time purchase: $58 plus $10 US shipping, $68 total before applicable tax.

Prices are in US dollars and may change prospectively with notice.

Payment authorization

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Subscription orders authorize recurring charges as described in the Subscription Terms until you cancel.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

Shipping

See the Shipping Policy. Subscriptions include free standard US shipping; one-time orders are charged $10.

Order acceptance and availability

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or decline or cancel an order, and will refund any amount charged for a canceled order.

All site content, branding, text, images and design are owned by the Company or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Aquamin™ is a trademark of its respective owner.
