30-Day Guarantee — Monthly subscription

Your first monthly subscription order is covered for 30 days from fulfillment. If you decide 8PM isn't right for you, contact us within that period and we'll refund your eligible first order.

One-time purchases — final sale

One-time purchases are not covered by the Money Back Guarantee.

This does not affect remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise legally protected purchases.

First order only

The Money Back Guarantee applies only to your first qualifying subscription purchase.

It does not apply to:

• renewals
• additional orders
• post-purchase upsells
• replacement shipments
• later plan changes
• future subscriptions after a guarantee has already been claimed

Additional bottles added to your order do not create a separate Money Back Guarantee period.

When does the guarantee start?

The guarantee period begins on the date the qualifying order is fulfilled — not the purchase date. Quarterly: 90 days. Monthly: 30 days.

Returns

You do not need to return an opened bottle. For 90-day subscription orders, we may ask you to return any unopened bottles before your refund is completed. If a return is required, we'll provide instructions.

How to claim

Email support@take8pm.com and include:

• your name
• order number
• email used to order

We'll confirm your eligibility and take care of the rest. No medical evidence, health measurements, photos (unless the product arrived damaged) or long forms required.

We'd love to know why 8PM wasn't right for you, but feedback is optional and does not affect your eligibility.
