Who sells and fulfills your order

Orders are sold under the 8pm brand, which is owned and operated by Margot Woods Medical Properties Pty Ltd, an Australian company. US orders are fulfilled from the United States by professional third-party logistics partners.

Shipping rates

• Subscriptions (quarterly and monthly): free standard US shipping.
• One-time orders: $10 standard US shipping.

Dispatch time

Orders typically dispatch within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays typically dispatch the next business day.

Expected delivery window

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays or destination.

Carrier

Orders are dispatched from our US fulfillment center via UniUni. Tracking is emailed when the order is dispatched and the carrier has created the tracking record.

Where we ship

United States only. We currently do not ship internationally. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are served by the same carrier network; delivery may take a few days longer than the standard window.

PO boxes and military addresses

We recommend a street address. PO Box, APO, FPO and DPO deliveries cannot be guaranteed by our carrier — contact us before ordering to one of these addresses.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for 7 days or your parcel is marked delivered but missing, email support@take8pm.com with your order number. We will open a carrier claim and replace or refund the order.

Incorrect addresses

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering to correct an address. Once an order has dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the carrier can change the address. Any re-shipping charge will be confirmed before a replacement is sent.
