Who controls your information

8pm is a brand owned and operated by Margot Woods Medical Properties Pty Ltd, Australia. Margot Woods Medical Properties Pty Ltd is the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

• Contact and order information you provide at checkout (name, email, shipping and billing address).
• Payment information collected and processed by Shopify. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data from analytics tools.
• Advertising attribution parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, gbraid and wbraid, plus the landing page you arrived on.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Shopify and subscription billing by Loop Subscriptions, each of which processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. Checkout is encrypted with SSL/TLS.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement of page views, section views and checkout starts) and the Google Ads tag (conversion measurement and remarketing). Shopify also sets cookies required for cart and checkout. We do not run any other advertising pixels.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep your session, remember attribution parameters and measure site performance.

Email and SMS

We send transactional messages about your orders and subscription. We do not add you to marketing lists simply because you started checkout; marketing messages require your affirmative opt-in.
